Uh-oh! All is not well in the world of Nicki Minaj, 33, and Meek Mill, 28, according to a report by TMZ. The website claims that their romance could be on the way out, and it’s all because of his house arrest. Meek wants Nicki to stay with him in Philadelphia when he goes into lockdown for 90 days, but she seems to be dead against the idea. What to do?
Now, Meek is in this mess because he violated his probation on drug and gun charges that stem all the way back to 2009. Meek has reportedly already been “pressuring” Nicki to stay with him when he’s holed up under house arrest in Philly. That’s something she doesn’t want to do and the pair apparently wound-up having a massive fight that hasn’t been resolved.
“Nicki blanched at the notion, saying she would not put her life on hold because of his criminal issues, and that triggered a big fight that is still unresolved,” TMZ says.
The site adds that Nicki has been in Los Angeles this week, and it’s unclear as to when, or if, she will go to Philly to be with Meek. “Our sources say Nicki and Meek fight a lot, but this one’s bigger than the others,” TMZ concludes.
